The Headquarters hotel, registration center, and home of the hospitality room is the Holiday Inn of Taos. They have easy access and are well located. They will handle ALL the reservations for each hotel through their 1-800-759-2736 phone number. Do not call the hotels direct. Call this number to make your hotel reservation. Stop at the Holiday Inn when you come to Taos to pick up your registration packet and you will be checked in to your hotel (regardless of which one) right there. Simple and easy and in one place.

We have reserved blocks of rooms at each hotel. Reservations must be made by April 24th to get these rates. Remember - call 1-800-759-2736 for your reservation, regardless of hotel.

Fechin Inn
This is one of he finest hotels in Taos. It has a limited number of rooms available. Rooms are $79.00. Suites are $129.00.

La Fonda Hotel
This is on the s Plaza and is totally remodeled as of this January. They have 22 beautiful rooms at $120.00.

Holiday Inn
This is a fine hotel and the convention headquarters. Rates are $65.00. They have a very good restaurant.

Hampton Inn
This is a new hotel on the south end of town. Rates are $65.00.

Comfort Suites
A relatively new hotel next to the Sagebrush Inn. Rates are $65.00.

Ramada Inn
Where Taos-Milagro Rotary Club meets. An older hotel but in good condition. Rates are $65.00.

The La Fonda Hotel is within walking distance of the convention center, about 3 blocks. The other hotels require driving back and for the hotel. The Holiday Inn has a shuttle that they will drive people back and forth to the convention center.

May is Spring Arts Festival Month in Taos. Several hotels are already booked full including the Taos Inn and the Sagebrush Inn.

When you arrive in Taos, regardless of what hotel you have reservations at, go to the Holiday Inn to check in and pick up your packet AND hotel registration. There is NO registration at the convention center.
